Draftsman

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain precise AutoCAD technical drawings, including the preparation of shop drawings and as-builts, while ensuring all revisions reflect real-time site changes and engineering feedback.
• Prepare and accurately calculate for variations and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) related to approved scope of works and based on project drawings.
• Coordinate with the site team to generate invoices and prepare highlighted drawings based on actual site progress and get authorization on them.
• Manage the submission and following of invoices and shop drawings to contractors and project teams to ensure smooth communication and progress.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Previous experience in drafting for false ceiling, décor & interior preferred
• Must have a valid driving license to travel for site visits and team meetings.
