Draftsman

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings (architectural, structural, civil, or MEP) based on design specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and design compliance.
• Revise drawings according to site conditions, design changes, and client feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation, version control, and filing systems.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules when required.
• Review contractor and subcontractor drawings for technical accuracy and constructability.
• Support site teams by providing clarifications and updated drawings during construction.
• Use drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools efficiently.
• Knowledge in KSMART is mandatory.
