Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;

Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings based on design information, sketches, specifications, and engineer instructions.

Revise and update drawings as per consultant, client, or project team comments.

Prepare as-built drawings based on site markups and actual site conditions.

Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.

Ensure drawings comply with project standards, CAD standards, codes, and specifications.

Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control, and document formatting.

Assist in preparing drawing schedules, layouts, details, sections, and plans.

Check drawings for errors, missing information, and coordination issues before submission.

Support the document control team in organizing and submitting drawings when required.

Maintain updated records of all drawings and revisions.

Preferred Architecture and Civil field but drafting knowledge of all other fields of MEP is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

Professional certifications – NA.
-
Minimum 12–15 years of experience Autocadd and other related software.

Experience in hotel projects.
-
Good communication skills.
