Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman can join our team immediately. The role involves preparing detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD/Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to support project execution.

Please note that candidates with salary expectations below AED 10,000 will be considered.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, etc.).

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design conflicts.

- Revise and update drawings as per feedback and site conditions.

- Ensure drawings comply with standards, codes, and specifications.

Requirements:

Experience in building services, infrastructure, or high-rise projects. ( Minimum 5 years).

Knowledge of local building codes and international standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP preferred).

Strong knowledge of MEP layouts and services.
