Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in drawings
• Assist architects in the design process by drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Modify drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design teams
• Maintain organized records of drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation
• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and gather data
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
• 1 years of experience in architectural drafting preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
