Draftsman

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, coordinating with architects and site teams, and ensuring all designs align with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, layouts, and plans
• Modify and revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
• Support project execution by providing timely and accurate design updates

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (real estate or construction industry preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and other drafting/design software
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction detailing, and layouts
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
