Draftsman

To produce accurate and coordinated architectural 3D models, drawings, details, and layouts based on design concepts, sketches, and markups provided by architects, engineers, or the design manager. The Draftsman ensures that all drawings meet project standards, specifications, and local authority requirements, supporting the development of concept, schematic, and construction packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural models, drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into detailed technical drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Maintain and update drawing registers, title blocks, and revision records.
• Prepare as-built drawings and coordinate with site teams to ensure updates are reflected in final documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentation layouts, fit-out drawings, and municipality submission packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical clarity in drawings.
• Support the design manager and architects during design development and tender documentation stages.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or construction sectors
• Proficiency in (AutoCAD - Photoshop - Max - directing architectural) Revit or other BIM tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
