Draftsman

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery and Fit-Out furniture Draftsman to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for design, craftsmanship, and collaborating on exciting projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise and detailed technical drawings for joinery items such as cabinetry, doors, furniture, and custom woodwork.
• Develop plans for interior fit-out projects including partitions, flooring, and wall treatments.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and interior designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to prepare designs, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure the feasibility and timely delivery of designs.
• Conduct quality control checks and provide technical support during the fabrication and installation phases.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Equivalent work experience is also considered.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is required.
• Proven experience in joinery and fit-out drafting or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and material specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
