Draftsman (Architectural & Structural)

AL GHURAIR CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING WORKS LLC (AGCEW) is currently hiring for the position of:

DRAFTSMAN (Architectural & Structural)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE, with a focus on architectural and structural drafting.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for architectural and structural projects, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Strong knowledge of discipline specific Structural & Architectural drafting skills, codes, and standard practices.
• Must be proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar), Microsoft Office, and Plan swift.
• Working knowledge in 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.
