Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month

About the Role

DBL – Design Build Live Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our Design Department. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in architectural and interior drafting, working drawings, detailing, and technical coordination for residential and commercial projects.

The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate execution drawings and coordinating closely with architects, interior designers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare execution drawings for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site engineers, and consultants for drawing updates and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Prepare furniture layouts, joinery details, kitchen details, and interior execution drawings.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material references, and technical documentation when required.
• Revise drawings based on management, consultant, or site feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and organized project records.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and execution-ready before site issuance.
• Support design and execution teams in resolving technical drawing-related issues.
• Conduct site visits when required for measurements and execution coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional drafting experience in architecture/interior projects.
• Strong command of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, interior execution, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in residential houses, villas, and interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple drawing tasks within deadlines.
