Draftsman / AutoCAD Designer

Position Description:

Luxury outdoor living Design/ Build Company is seeking an Entry Level, ambitious and creative Auto CAD designer to join our team of world class experts!

The right candidate will manage multiple working projects, collaborating with project managers and designers, while obtaining all construction documents necessary to finalize projects in a timely manner.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in CAD programs: SketchUp Pro & Layout required,
• Chief Architect a plus
• Working knowledge of third-party plugins and applications
• 3-D Rendering skills in Lumion is a major plus
• General knowledge of building codes and construction details a plus
• Need to provide resume and drawing examples
• This is not a remote position and requires working in the Castle Rock
• Office Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm

Compensation to commensurate with experience ($45-$55,000 salary range)
