Roles & Responsibilities

• Create detailed structural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and integrate design changes seamlessly into existing plans.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, rapidly adapting to changes to maintain project timelines.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to visualize structural designs and facilitate clearer communication among project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of structural principles.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in structural drafting, particularly in commercial or residential construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software is essential for producing high-quality drawings.
• Certification as a CAD Technician or similar professional credential is advantageous for demonstrating expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
