Draftsman – Facade

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with proven experience in facade design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring all facade designs are accurate and compliant with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for building facades.
• Develop facade shop drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design specifications.
• Modify drawings based on project requirements, feedback, and site conditions.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and construction codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a draftsman specializing in building facades.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD/BIM software.
• Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with curtain walls, cladding systems, or specialized facade materials.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software.
