Draftsman – Food Manufacturing Facility

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D technical drawings, including shop drawings and as-built documentation for food manufacturing facilities

• Coordinate closely with engineers, maintenance teams, and project stakeholders to support plant layouts, equipment installation, and facility modifications

• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations, food industry standards, health & safety requirements, and project specifications

• Maintain accurate drawing documentation, revision control, and updates as per project and site changes

• Support project planning by providing technical drawings for production lines, utilities, and factory infrastructure

Job Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma (mandatory)

• 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG environments

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an added advantage

• Basic project management and coordination skills

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical data

• Prior UAE project experience is an advantage
