Draftsman(Fit-Out & Joinery)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman "Fit-Out & Joinery "to oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out works, custom joinery production, site coordination, and project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage fit-out and joinery works at project sites.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review the drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee joinery production and installation activities.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure timely completion of snagging and handover processes.
• Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and material approvals.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and approved budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Good communication in English and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in custom furniture and woodworking production is preferred.
