Draftsman-Interior Design

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Interior Design Draftsman to support the interior design team by preparing accurate design and presentation drawings. The role focuses exclusively on interior design documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior design drawings including floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans
• Develop lighting layouts, material layouts, and interior detailing drawings
• Translate approved interior design concepts into clear and accurate CAD drawings
• Coordinate with interior designers to ensure drawings reflect design intent
• Revise and update drawings based on design development and client feedback
• Maintain drawing standards, layering systems, and documentation accuracy
• Assist with drawings required for client presentations and approvals

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Drafting
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
• Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D/design software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of interior layouts, space planning, materials, and finishes
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
