Draftsman – Interior Design

Candidate must:

- CV's without AutoCAD shopdrawing or Detailes drawing sample will not be reviewed.
- BOQ sample with the CV will be plus.

HMR Contracting and Services seeks a Fit-Out Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out projects, ideally within the commercial or residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical and Design Expertise

• Prepare and review AutoCAD and 2D shopdrawings, plans, details, and layouts for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• (Advantageous) Develop 3D visualizations, models, and renderings to enhance design presentations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fit-out or construction projects, preferably interior design and fit-out work.
• Languages: Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and related software for 2D technical drawings.
• knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Doha or familiarity with regional regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
