Job Title: Draftsman – Shop Drawing Expert

Maison Royale Carpentry is looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with strong experience in shop drawings, joinery, carpentry, and fit-out works. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of preparing accurate production and site drawings for custom interior and carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for carpentry, joinery, and fit-out works
• Develop technical drawings, sections, elevations, and fabrication details
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Review project specifications and convert design concepts into execution drawings
• Prepare cutting lists and material details when required
• Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site conditions
• Ensure drawings are ready for production and installation without errors
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman / Shop Drawing Draftsman in carpentry, joinery, or interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation
• Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings for custom-made furniture, doors, wardrobes, wall cladding, kitchens, and other joinery works
• Good understanding of materials, production processes, and site execution
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, production team, and site supervisors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Qatar/GCC fit-out projects is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of interior fit-out detailing
• Understanding of production drawings and as-built drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in carpentry factory coordination is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
