Job Description:
We are hiring a Draftsman (mandatory position) with strong skills in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to join our creative team. The candidate will prepare detailed technical drawings, accurate layouts, and realistic 3D visualizations for interior and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and elevations based on project requirements
• Create and render 3D models using 3Ds Max
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure design accuracy
• Revise and update drawings as per site and client feedback
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Follow Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense design standards

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Draftsman in interior design or fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and related software
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Note: This position is strictly for Draftsmen; applicants without drafting experience will not be considered.
