Draftsman – Marble Division

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in marble and stone works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for marble installation in interior and exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for marble, granite, and stone works
• Develop cutting lists and material take-offs based on drawings
• Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and client requirements
• Review architectural and structural drawings for discrepancies
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion
• Support project execution with accurate and timely drawing submissions
• Maintain drawing records and revisions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 2 years of experience in marble/stone drafting
• Strong knowledge of marble installation details and finishing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Good understanding of shop drawings and site coordination

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of CNC cutting layouts is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
