Draftsman(Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and design instructions
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions
• Assist with quantity take-offs and basic design calculations (if required)

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction methods
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
