As a Draftsman / Designer at NBC, your work is both creative and grounded in real-world execution.
Your day may begin meeting with homeowners to understand their goals - whether it's a full renovation, custom addition, or exterior transformation. You'll listen carefully and translate their ideas into practical, buildable concepts.
From there, you'll move into design development: drafting plans, refining layouts, coordinating structural and MEP details, and ensuring each design aligns with both client expectations and construction realities. You'll collaborate closely with sales and production teams to ensure what's designed can be built efficiently and executed with excellence.

- Strong technical drafting ability with experience producing accurate, buildable architectural plans
- Ability to manage the full design process from client consultation through finalized construction documents
- Clear, professional communication with homeowners and cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and MEP contractors
- High attention to detail when coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP components
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings, field conditions, and as-built specifications
- Process-driven mindset with commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, drafting standards, and visual consistency
