Draftsman/Draughtsman - Civil Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings for building projects based on approved designs and specifications
• Develop drawings for RC structures, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and related elements
• Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate design revisions and technical comments
• Review and modify drawings based on site conditions, consultant feedback, and approvals
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE codes, standards, and project requirements
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper document control
• Support the project team during construction by providing updated drawings as required

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Structural Draughtsman
• Experience specifically in building structures (High Rise Preferrable)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Drafting
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Draftsman/Draughtsman: 3 years (Preferred)
• Civil Structure: 3 years (Preferred)
