Job Title: Civil Draftsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Draftsman with strong experience in preparing detailed civil and structural drawings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil & structural drawings as per specifications
• Develop RCC drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), layouts, sections, and elevations
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams for drawing clarifications
• Modify and update drawings based on site requirements
• Maintain drawing records and revisions
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of RCC structures and construction drawings
• Understanding of civil symbols, scales, and standards
• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in residential / commercial / industrial projects
• Knowledge of Revit (added advantage)
• Ability to handle multiple drawings simultaneously.
