Draftsman/woman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans for engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to convert concepts and designs into precise drawings as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup )
• Develop layout, assembly, fabrication, and construction drawings.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Modify and revise drawings as per design changes and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams for design clarification.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically.
• Assist in preparing bill of quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs (if required).
• Support project execution by providing technical drawing assistance.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Diploma holders with strong drafting experience may also be considered
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Draftsman in Mechanical or Civil projects.
• Hands-on experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
