About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support architects and engineers in producing accurate, high-quality drawings and coordinated BIM models for a range of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software
• Prepare 2D and 3D design documentation in accordance with project requirements
• Support architects and engineers in concept development and detailed design
• Coordinate BIM models with structural and MEP disciplines
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and UAE project standards
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and clients
• Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and revision control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit (BIM)
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection is an advantage
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
