Draftswoman – Fresher (Joinery Industry)

Location: Umm Al Quwain

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftswoman to join our growing team in the joinery and interior fit-out industry. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical drawings and detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Assist the design and production team with accurate and timely drafting.
• Interpret architectural and interior design plans.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Basic knowledge of joinery materials and detailing is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Umm Al Quwain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
