Key Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.
• Operate drain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company policy.
• Must be able to work in Des Moines for 2–4 weeks during training.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment.
• Prior plumbing or drain cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!

Compensation

• Paid training provided.
• After training, income is performance-based, with potential earnings from $52,000 to $150,000 annually.
• Specific pay structure will be discussed during the interview.
