No prior experience is required—we're looking for individuals with great communication and customer service skills who are eager to learn the trade!

As a Drain Technician, you’ll evaluate customer needs, provide repair options, and perform drain cleaning services. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls to perform drain cleaning and maintenance
• Evaluate plumbing and drainage systems to identify issues
• Provide customers with repair and maintenance options and explain the work needed
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure proper tools and materials are available
• Maintain accurate record of work performed on site
• Work independently as well as collaborate with other team members as needed
