Job Summary
As a Drain Technician, you’ll be the frontline hero tackling clogs, backups, and drainage issues with precision and efficiency. This role is perfect for motivated individuals ready to start strong and climb quickly—think rapid progression to Senior Technician, Crew Lead, or even project manager within 2–3 years. We’ll invest in your development through hands-on training, certifications, and mentorship from industry veterans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve drain blockages using advanced tools like hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and descaling equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on residential, commercial, and municipal systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring jobs are completed safely and on time.
  • Document work via mobile apps and provide clear updates to clients and supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to master emerging technologies and safety protocols.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial / residential plumbing or drain cleaning .
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces).
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and drive for career advancement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification a plus.
