DRAUGHTS ENGINEER (with Document Controller Experience)

Our growing Fire Fighting and Smart Automation company is looking for a skilled Draft Engineer who also has experience or knowledge in Document Control, specifically for preparing and submitting tender requirements and technical submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics for firefighting and smart automation systems.
• Review and update drawings in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Assist in compiling tender documents, technical submittals, and compliance sheets.
• Manage and organize project documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and submission tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tender requirements.
• Support in preparing as-built drawings and documentation packages.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience or strong understanding of document control procedures for tender submissions.
• Background in firefighting systems or building automation is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
