At Turnkey Projects LLC, we specialise in high-quality renovations that transform spaces and enhance our clients' homes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Draughtsman and BOQ Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman & BOQ Specialist to create, update, and refine architectural drawings critical to renovation projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and authority regulations.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for renovation and fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, cost estimation expertise, and close coordination with procurement, site teams, and project managers to ensure financial and technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Draughting:

• Create, update, and modify detailed architectural and renovation drawings, including layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and technical details.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings as required.

BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare detailed BOQs based on approved drawings and specifications for renovation and fit-out projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure BOQs are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with project scope and client requirements.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies impacting quantities or costs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong architectural draughting skills (renovation/fit-out experience preferred).
• Proven experience preparing BOQs and conducting quantity take-offs for renovation projects in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of renovation materials, methods, and local market pricing.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
• Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and subcontractor comparison analysis.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in drawings and quantities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the renovation or construction industry within Dubai is essential.
