Draughtsman ( Landscaping experience )

PTWL is looking for a Draughtsman ( Landscaping Projects) with Minimum 5 years of experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for concept design and development upon discussion with client.
• Preparation of shop drawings as per the required design.
• Coordinating with clients regarding all drawings as per their requirement.
• Design Concept Drawings for Clients.
• Draft Soft & Hard Landscape Drawings.
• Draft Setting out Level and Setting out Co-Ordinate Drawings.
• Draft Longitudinal Sections for Levels Plans.
• Draft Quantity’s for Soft and Hard Landscape.
• Draft Irrigation Mainline, Sprayer, Sprinkler and Drip Layouts.
• Prepare as Built Drawings for handing over the project.
• Draft NOC Drawings for Municipal Approvals.
• Prepare of Asphalt removal drawing to obtain NOC from the Department.
• Draft Structural Details for Swimming Pool & Artificial Streams.
• Draft Detailed Drawings for Landscaping Elements.
• Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes.
• Assist in Designing and Decoration.
• Ensure the design is delivered on time reflecting the specifications and scope of work.
• Supervise the preparation of proposal drawings, general arrangement drawings.
• Preparation of pre-concept for landscape design & proposal.
• Ensuring the design is delivered on time reflecting the specifications and scope of work.

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
• Proven work experience on managing detailed drawings residential and commercial projects .
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
