Draughtsman ( Landscaping experience )

PTWL is seeking an experienced Draughtsman – Landscaping Projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support landscape design and construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and authorities, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate design documentation in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop concept and design drawings based on client discussions
• Produce shop drawings in accordance with approved designs and project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams regarding drawings and revisions
• Draft softscape and hardscape landscape drawings
• Prepare setting-out, level, and coordinate drawings
• Draft longitudinal sections and detailed level plans
• Prepare quantity take-offs for soft and hard landscape works
• Draft irrigation layouts, including mainline, sprinkler, sprayer, and drip systems
• Prepare as-built drawings for project handover
• Draft NOC drawings for municipal and authority approvals
• Prepare asphalt removal drawings for NOC approvals from relevant departments
• Draft structural details for swimming pools, artificial streams, and water features
• Prepare detailed drawings for various landscaping elements
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate design or site changes
• Assist in design development and decorative elements when required
• Supervise preparation of proposal drawings and general arrangement drawings
• Prepare pre-concept landscape designs and proposals
• Ensure all drawings are delivered on time and in compliance with project scope and specifications

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in landscaping projects
• Experience handling detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of landscaping construction details and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP, or a related field
• Excellent data organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines efficiently
