Draughtsman – Mechanical / Electrical Location:

We are looking for a skilled Diploma Draughtsman (Mechanical / Electrical) to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements and engineering standards. The candidate will work closely with design, project, and site teams to support execution and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities Mechanical Draughtsman

• Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings
• Develop P&IDs, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and structural drawings
• Revise drawings based on engineering comments and site feedback
• Maintain drawing standards, layers, title blocks, and revision history
• Coordinate with design engineers and site teams for clarifications

Electrical Draughtsman

• Prepare electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, SLDs, panel GA drawings
• Develop control panel drawings, cable schedules, and earthing layouts
• Update drawings as per client, consultant, and site requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable IEC / IS standards

Software & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D mandatory)
• Knowledge of SolidWorks / Electrical CAD (added advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with BOM preparation and drawing documentation
