Drawing Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Drawing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and illustrations for various creative projects. This position requires strong skills in both digital and traditional drawing techniques, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals. Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Production: Create original and detailed drawings for projects such as books, branding materials, concept visuals, promotional content, and more.
• Concept Development: Work with the creative team to develop ideas and translate concepts into final drawings.
• Digital Drawing: Use software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools to create high-quality digital drawings.
• Hand Drawing: (If applicable) Produce hand-drawn sketches and illustrations using pencils, ink, watercolor, or other traditional mediums.
• Revisions: Modify and enhance drawings based on internal or client feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
• File Management: Organize and manage drawing files for efficient access and project use.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Drawing, Design, Fine Arts, or related field – or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Minimum [X years] of experience in drawing or illustration roles with a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in drawing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, etc.
• Traditional Drawing Skills: Strong hand-drawing skills with a good understanding of proportions, anatomy, perspective, and shading.
• Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and execute original drawing ideas with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Strong visual communication and ability to accept and implement feedback.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in concept design, storyboarding, or character drawing.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation basics.
• Familiarity with different drawing styles (realistic, cartoon, minimalistic, etc.).
• Experience working with marketing or content teams.
