Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Instruction:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate drawing lessons to students.
- Teach various drawing techniques such as sketching, shading, perspective, and color theory.
- Integrate traditional and digital drawing tools into lessons where applicable.
- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and implement a structured drawing curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and projects to enhance student engagement.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs and skill levels of individual students.
- Student Development:
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking through drawing.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their artwork and progress.
- Prepare students for art competitions, exhibitions, and other creative opportunities.
- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure that students follow safety and cleanliness guidelines when using art supplies.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster respect for artistic expression.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
- Prepare and distribute art materials and supplies as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
- Organize and participate in art exhibitions and showcases to display student work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory, depending on the institution).
- Proven experience as an art or drawing teacher, with a strong portfolio of personal and/or student work.
- Proficiency in various art mediums and drawing techniques.
- Knowledge of art history and contemporary art trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
