Dredge Operator

CP Marine Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Dredge Operator / Engineer / Leverman to join our dredging operations. This position requires leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a demanding marine environment.

Position Details

• Start Date: 2–3 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Staying aboard dredge required during work week)
• Travel Required: Yes — traveling to job locations
• Lodging: Provided Monday – Friday on dredge
• Daily rate of $400-$500 based on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities

• Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor dredging operations and production
• Maintain and troubleshoot dredge systems and equipment
• Supervise dredge crew and assist with daily operations
• Coordinate with management and support vessels
• Ensure safe and productive work environment
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Must have dredge experience (Operator / Engineer / Leverman)
• Must demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills
• Must be dependable and hard-working
• Must be willing to travel and stay on dredge Monday–Friday
• Must have valid TWIC card
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing
• Must have thick skin and ability to work in demanding environment
• Mechanical and hydraulic experience REQUIRED
