Dress Designer

We are looking for a Dress Designer for one of the fastest-growing retail fashion brands. The candidate should have strong experience in designing Eastern couture wear and managing outside manufacturing, procurement, and production of designer clothing for men and women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Eastern couture dresses for men and women
• Manage outsourced production and coordinate with external manufacturers and tailors
• Source and procure fabrics, embellishments, and other accessories
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of production orders
• Work closely with production teams to maintain design accuracy and finishing standards
• Stay updated with latest fashion trends and retail market demands

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Eastern wear and couture designing
• Strong knowledge of fabric selection, garment construction, and production processes
• Experience handling vendors, tailors, and outside manufacturing units
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail, style, and quality

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per hour
