Driller/Rig Operator

The Driller/Head Well Puller is responsible for the operation of the workover floor. He/she instructs, supervises, and evaluates the activities of the Well Pullers. The Driller/Head Well Puller works closely under the supervision of the Tool Pusher or the Rig Supervisor to ensure that the workover operations occur in a smooth, efficient, and safe manner. He/she is responsible for the compliance to company policy as well as company safety guidelines and procedures. He/she must regularly communicate verbally with the Tool Pusher or Rig Supervisor, other company representatives, and employees. Job requirements include but are not limited to performing work rapidly and accurately, standing for long periods, frequent bending,reaching, pushing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.

You must: Be able to pass company physical and DOT drug screen.
