Drilling Engineer - Power

Hiring for Drilling Engineer who will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing drilling operations safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Job Description:

• Plan, design, and oversee power distribution projects safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide real-time technical support during construction, commissioning, and operation of distribution systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, field teams, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and promote a strong HSE culture.
• Track project costs, optimize resources, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and manage vendors, equipment suppliers, and ensure quality assurance and contract compliance.
• Strong knowledge of distribution systems, protection & control, transformers, and switchgear.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Energy Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 3–6 years’ experience in power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of well design, drilling fluids, and directional drilling.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
