Drilling Engineering Lead – Appraisal Well Program

Duration: 3 months
Location: Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia
Work Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

We are looking for a senior Drilling Engineering expert to develop a detailed, execution-ready drilling and evaluation program for an appraisal well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review subsurface, geological, and offset well data
• Define well objectives and data acquisition plans
• Design well trajectory and drilling engineering programs (fluids, casing, hydraulics, well control)
• Develop full drilling and evaluation program (logging, coring, testing)
• Conduct risk assessment, contingency planning, and cost estimation

• 20+ years of drilling engineering experience

• Strong expertise in appraisal well planning and program development

• Experience in well design, risk management, and integrated well delivery
