Location: Ratana-6 Well Drilling Site

Positions: 02 (Back-to-Back Rotation)

Orient Petroleum is looking for experienced Drilling HSE Advisors to support safe drilling and associated operations at our Ratana-6 well site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Company Man on all HSE matters during drilling operations
• Review contractors’ and vendors’ HSE plans and procedures for all drilling phases
• Ensure HSE-critical systems meet design and operating performance standards
• Identify HSE hazards, assess risks, and ensure controls are in place to achieve ALARP
• Coordinate with drilling, service companies, and internal departments on HSE compliance
• Review contractor safety documents as per contract HSE requirements
• Support Management of Change (MoC) implementation
• Assist in setting and tracking leading and lagging HSE KPIs
• Promote Stop Work Authority across the site
• Participate in emergency response, drills, incident reporting, and investigations
• Lead and participate in safety inspections and audits
• Review effectiveness of HSE training and drills
• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports

Profile

• Proven experience as HSE Advisor in drilling operations
• Strong understanding of drilling HSE standards, risk management, and audits
• Ability to work independently at rig site on rotational basis
• Strong coordination and communication skills
