About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of reverse osmosis drinking water systems in customers' homes, primarily. Your schedule will have 5-6 daily in-home appointments Monday-Friday throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties where you'll drive to in the company car and then change the filters and perform service on their reverse osmosis systems which are usually under the kitchen sink. If you have water treatment, plumbing, or technical experience, we're excited to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems in 5-6 clients' homes per day.
• Replacing Filters, Parts, and Performing Disinfection of Systems.
• Educating Clients about their Drinking Water Systems.
• Commission Opportunities for upselling while in clients' homes.
• Maintain accurate service records in the company’s system.
• Organize and manage tools and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
• Work effectively in small spaces as the systems are generally under kitchen sinks.
• Manage the company car by keeping it maintained and clean.
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance and uniform standards. Uniforms will be provided.
• Attention to Detail and following processes learned from on-the-job training are crucial.

Qualifications

• Plumbing or Water Treatment Experience Preferred, though coming from any technical background and having mechanical aptitude in another industry is a great base.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service with a focus on building positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in various environments.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a CLEAN driving record (Required).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to pass a Background Screening and Drug Test.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Working in small spaces (Under Kitchen Sinks).
• Use of tools as needed.
