Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of our locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high product quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, and supply ordering.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new team members and cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous coffee experience as a barista and preferably shift lead.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee required.
• Passion for coffee and delivering a premium customer experience.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and scheduling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
