Position Title: Driver
Location: Sharjah, Al Sajaa, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Reports To: Transport Supervisor / Line Manager

Job Purpose:

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation of passengers, goods, or company property while adhering to UAE traffic laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate light/heavy vehicles as per UAE traffic regulations.
• Transport staff, clients, or materials to designated locations on time.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle (interior and exterior).
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.) before and after use.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, damages, or required maintenance promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation such as trip logs, delivery notes, and fuel records.
• Assist passengers with luggage, loading, and unloading as needed.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules; adjust in case of traffic or emergencies.
• Adhere strictly to road safety, defensive driving, and company security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding passengers, routes, and company information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle / Heavy Vehicle / Bus as required).
• Proven driving experience in the UAE with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic laws.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation systems.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Physical & Other Requirements:

• Good health, eyesight, and fitness to drive long hours.
• Professional, polite, and presentable appearance.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
