Driver

Job Purpose:

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees, clients, and other stakeholders to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. The role also involves supporting the company's administrative tasks through courier services, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Services:

• Safely transport employees, clients, and guests to various destinations in and around Riyadh and occasionally to other locations as required.
• Ensure punctuality and a smooth driving experience.
• Plan routes and estimate travel time to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean and presentable.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle to the supervisor promptly.

Administrative Support:

• Handle courier and delivery tasks as requested by the company.
• Assist with transporting documents, packages, and other items between company locations or to external parties.
• Provide support for company events, including setting up transportation for attendees or delivering materials.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all local driving laws and regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by following all traffic rules and adjusting driving to weather and road conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information and materials.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate setting in Riyadh.
• Familiarity with the roads and traffic patterns in Riyadh and the surrounding areas.

Skills:

• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to navigate and use GPS and other navigation tools efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic; basic English communication skills are an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Working Conditions:

• Based in Riyadh, with occasional travel to other locations within Saudi Arabia.
