Job Title: Car Driver

Job Summary:
The Car Driver is responsible for safely collecting customer vehicles from testing bays or service areas and parking them in designated parking spots. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle collection and parking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Collection:
• Drive to designated testing bays or service areas to collect customer vehicles.
• Verify vehicle identification and conduct a visual inspection for any pre-existing damages.
• Follow safety protocols when entering and starting vehicles.
• Safe Driving:
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws.
• Maintain a clean and valid driver's license.
• Drive vehicles with care to prevent accidents or damage.
• Customer Interaction:
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers professionally, and address their concerns.
• Communicate clearly to ensure a positive experience.
• Parking and Storage:
• Safely park vehicles in designated spots, ensuring they are secure and unobstructed.
• Maintain an organized parking area and report any space shortages to management.
• Maintenance and Reporting:
• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle collections, parking assignments, and incidents.
• Security and Safety:
• Ensure the security of all vehicles under your care, locking vehicles and following security protocols.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use safety equipment when handling vehicles.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Keep vehicle collection and parking areas clean and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and organizing.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE light vehicle driver's license (manual and automatic).
• Valid UAE Motor bike driver's license is Preferred
• Excellent driving skills with a strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for vehicle inspections.
• Physical fitness to walk, stand, and occasionally lift objects.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Occasional weekend or evening shifts based on operational needs.
• Exposure to exhaust fumes and vehicle noise.
