Female Office Receptionist (Saudi ONLY)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate local events, workplace events with close intermediary with the Workplace Supervisor
- Provide/remove security passes and access to workplace as appropriate
- Manage and report ad-hoc issues arising
- Serve as a user interface in between administrative staff as well as administration
- Handle seating, storage and car park appropriations
- Managing employees information base
- Inner Process
- Handle Workplace manager project and problems
- Stick to policies as well as treatments set by administration
- Coordinate chauffeur schedules, assess timesheets and also manage leave
- Coordinate workplace administrator schedules, evaluate timesheets and also manage leave
- Coordinate routines, review timesheets and also manage
- Take care of upkeep, repairs
- Handle cleansers as well as various other outsourced solutions
- Communicate with workplace property manager
- Fire safety and security warden and also organization resilience liaison
Qualifications & Requirements

- Computer skills a NECESSITY
- Job Type: Full-time
- Income: 6,000.00 monthly
- Capacity to commute/relocate: Jeddah; Reliable commute or willingness to move prior to starting job (Required)
