Driver

Job Objective:

Transportation Coordinator will assign heavy drivers for Road sweepers and 3-Ton trucks and Light drivers for Coasters / HiAce / Hilux. Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to clients in a timely manner, moving employees, working on nights and weekends and ensuring that vehicles are always ready, clean and fueled for use.

General Description:

• To familiarize staff with the transportation processes.
• Liaise between the management and staff on relevant approvals and requests.
• Work effectively in a team environment and go the extra mile to help achieve the organizational goals.
• Perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Inform management immediately of any emergency occurrence in operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transporting employees from airports to hotels and vice versa.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
• Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Updating monthly mileage records.
• Driving a variety of vehicles, including cars, buses and trucks.

Education:

• Basic 10+2 school education.

Experience:

• Minimum 02-years
